Zayzay Community Road, Paynesville, Monrovia.  Action for Children in Crisis international (ACCI) is a local non-governmental organization registered and accredited by the government of Liberia as a non-for-profit children/youth development and community empowerment organization in Liberia. The organization was founded in December 2008 from an efforts inspired by a former Liberian street child survival, the courage, resilience, and strength that helped many children to endure the unthinkable situations on the streets in a war ravaged country of Liberia; and that give hope to the country as it moves forward with the rebuilding and recovering efforts.  Its mission is to develop and improve mechanisms of educational and developmental support for children and young people; to combat all forms of violence, trafficking and abuses against children; works to transform highly vulnerable children, including orphans and youth lives; preserve families; empower communities and give each of them hope.
